Noor Hafiza Academy offers a free trial class before paid enrollment. This allows the student or parent to experience the teaching style, discuss goals, test the online class setup, and understand the recommended program before making a payment.

• No payment is required for the first trial class.
• The trial class does not create a paid subscription or monthly payment obligation.
• After the trial, families may choose whether to continue with a paid plan.
• Trial class availability may depend on teacher schedule and student time zone.

Paid Quran class plans are generally billed in advance for the selected schedule, teacher, and number of classes. Payment confirms the student’s place in the teacher’s schedule and allows the academy to reserve recurring class time.

• Monthly fees are normally paid before the new class cycle begins.
• Class plans may vary by program, class frequency, teacher availability, and student level.
• Payment confirms a reserved class slot, not a guaranteed learning outcome or completion date.
• Students are expected to attend classes on time and complete assigned revision or practice.

We work hard to keep pricing clear before payment. If any plan details are unclear, please ask our team before completing enrollment.

A refund may be approved when the request is reasonable, the classes are unused, and the issue falls within an eligible situation. The most common eligible cases include:

• Duplicate payment: If the same fee was accidentally paid twice.
• No teacher placement: If we cannot provide a suitable teacher or schedule after payment.
• Academy-side cancellation: If Noor Hafiza Academy cancels a paid class and no makeup class or credit can be arranged.
• Unused classes after early withdrawal: If a family requests cancellation before using the remaining classes, a partial refund or class credit may be considered.
• Technical failure caused by our side: If a class cannot happen because of a repeated academy-side technical issue and no replacement class is possible.

To respect teacher time and maintain a fair schedule for all families, some situations are normally not refundable.

• Classes that have already been completed.
• Classes missed by the student without timely notice.
• Late cancellations made too close to class time.
• Student-side internet, device, camera, microphone, or app problems that prevent attendance.
• Requests based only on lack of practice, lack of revision, or slower progress than expected.
• Change of mind after attending multiple paid classes, unless the remaining unused classes qualify for review.
• Promotional, discounted, or special custom plans marked as non-refundable at the time of enrollment.

Learning Quran requires attendance, repetition, revision, and patience. We cannot promise a specific completion date for Noorani Qaida, Tajweed fluency, Hifz, or Quran reading because progress depends on each student’s pace and practice.

If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, the parent or student should inform Noor Hafiza Academy as early as possible. Early notice helps the teacher adjust the schedule and allows our team to offer a makeup class when possible.

• Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability.
• Repeated missed classes may not qualify for unlimited makeup sessions.
• Makeup classes should usually be completed within the same monthly cycle where possible.
• If the teacher cancels or becomes unavailable, we will try to arrange a replacement class, credit, or suitable alternative.
• If a student repeatedly misses classes without notice, the reserved class slot may be changed or released.

• Registered phone number or email address.
• Teacher name, class schedule, and program name if available.
• Payment date, amount, and proof of payment.

• Whether you prefer refund, class credit, makeup class, or teacher reassignment.

Refund requests are reviewed by our admin team. If approved, the refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or transfer method used.

We understand that family schedules, health matters, travel, school activities, and emergencies can affect class attendance. Noor Hafiza Academy may review special cases with flexibility and compassion, especially when families communicate early and respectfully.

• Temporary pause requests may be considered for travel, illness, exams, or family emergencies.
• Remaining classes may be converted into class credit instead of refund in suitable cases.
• A teacher change may be offered when the learning style or schedule is not the right match.
• Long-term inactive accounts may lose access to old unused class credits if no communication is received.

Our intention is not to make refund requests difficult. Our intention is to protect students, parents, teachers, and the academy schedule in a balanced and transparent way.
