Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain how Noor Hafiza Academy provides online Quran classes, how bookings and payments work, what we expect from students and parents, and how we protect a respectful learning environment for women and children.
By booking a trial class, enrolling in a paid class plan, using our website, or communicating with our team, you agree to follow these terms.
- ✓Classes are live, online, and teacher-led.
- ✓Students and parents must communicate respectfully.
- ✓Learning progress depends on attendance, practice, revision, and teacher guidance.
- ✓Privacy, modesty, and child safety remain central to our service.
Noor Hafiza Academy provides online Quran education for women and children through certified female teachers. Students are expected to attend on time, maintain respectful conduct, follow payment and scheduling rules, and use online class tools responsibly. These terms are designed to keep classes organized, safe, private, and beneficial for every family.
Before you begin online Quran classes
These are the main service rules families should understand before starting a trial class or monthly class plan.
Our services include live Quran reading, Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic Studies, and related online learning support. We do not provide formal school accreditation or government-recognized academic degrees.
Class slots are reserved based on teacher availability and student time zone. Missed, late, cancelled, or rescheduled classes are handled according to the policies listed below.
Students, parents, teachers, and academy staff must communicate respectfully. Harassment, abuse, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of class links may lead to class suspension or termination.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Noor Hafiza Academy website, class booking process, trial class, paid class plan, communication channels, learning materials, and any related online Quran education services we provide.
By using our website, booking a class, enrolling yourself or your child, making a payment, joining a class link, or communicating with our team about services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you are booking classes for a child, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized adult responsible for that child’s enrollment and class participation.
Online Quran Education Services
Noor Hafiza Academy provides live online Quran classes taught by female Quran teachers. Our services may include Noorani Qaida, Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz memorization, revision support, Islamic Studies, duas, salah learning, and related educational guidance.
Classes may be delivered through Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp communication, email, or other approved online tools. The exact class format, teacher assignment, schedule, and program structure may vary based on the student’s level, goals, teacher availability, and selected package.
Students, Parents, and Guardian Responsibility
Our classes are intended for Muslim women, girls, and children who want to learn Quran in a respectful online environment. When a minor child is enrolled, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child’s access to online class tools, ensuring appropriate behavior, and maintaining communication with the academy.
- Parents should provide accurate student details, learning goals, and availability.
- Parents should ensure that children attend classes from a suitable, safe, and distraction-free location.
- Parents should monitor younger children when they use class links or online meeting tools.
- Parents should inform the academy if the student has any learning needs that may affect the class approach.
We may refuse, pause, or stop service if we believe a class arrangement is unsafe, inappropriate, unsuitable, or harmful to the learning environment.
Trial Classes, Booking, and Scheduling
Noor Hafiza Academy may offer a free trial class so families can understand the teaching style, student level, teacher fit, and recommended program. A free trial does not guarantee permanent availability of the same teacher, time slot, price, or schedule unless the enrollment is confirmed by the academy.
Regular class schedules are arranged based on teacher availability, student location, time zone, preferred days, and program requirements. Once a schedule is confirmed, students are expected to attend on time and follow the agreed class routine.
- Class slots may be changed if a teacher becomes unavailable or if scheduling adjustments are necessary.
- Students should join class links on time and with working audio/video where required.
- The academy may recommend a different teacher or program if the student’s level requires it.
- Schedule changes should be requested politely and as early as possible.
Fees, Payments, and Packages
Paid classes begin after the family confirms enrollment and completes the required payment. Fees may vary depending on class frequency, program type, teacher availability, student level, country, time zone, promotional offers, and any custom arrangement approved by the academy.
Payment instructions may be shared through WhatsApp, email, invoice, payment link, or another approved method. Students or parents are responsible for paying on time to keep the class plan active.
- Monthly plans are normally paid in advance unless another arrangement is approved.
- Late payments may result in temporary class pause or loss of a reserved time slot.
- Prices, packages, and promotions may change from time to time.
- Any special discount must be confirmed in writing by the academy.
Do not send payment to any personal account or unofficial contact unless it has been clearly confirmed by Noor Hafiza Academy.
Cancellations, Missed Classes, Makeups, and Refunds
We understand that families may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule a class. To protect teacher time and maintain fairness for other students, cancellation and makeup requests must be made as early as possible.
- If a student cannot attend, the parent or student should notify the academy before class time.
- Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability and are not automatically guaranteed.
- Repeated missed classes may be counted as completed classes if no timely notice is given.
- If a teacher is unavailable, the academy may arrange a makeup class, substitute teacher, or adjusted schedule.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on unused classes, payment method, class history, and the reason for cancellation.
Student, Parent, and Teacher Conduct
Noor Hafiza Academy is built around respect, modesty, patience, and Islamic manners. Students, parents, teachers, and academy representatives must communicate in a polite and appropriate way at all times.
The following behavior is not allowed:
- Harassment, threats, insults, abusive language, or disrespect toward teachers or staff.
- Sharing class links with unauthorized people.
- Recording, copying, or distributing classes without written permission.
- Joining class from an inappropriate environment or using the class link for non-educational purposes.
- Pressuring teachers for personal contact outside approved academy communication channels.
- Any conduct that compromises modesty, privacy, safety, or the learning atmosphere.
If conduct rules are violated, Noor Hafiza Academy may warn the family, pause classes, change the teacher, restrict communication, or terminate service.
Technology, Internet, and Third-Party Tools
Because classes are delivered online, students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, suitable device, working microphone, clear audio, and access to the required meeting tool. Technical problems on the student side may affect class quality and may not always qualify for a makeup class.
We may use third-party tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, email, payment platforms, website analytics, or scheduling tools. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices. By using our services, you understand that some class delivery and communication may happen through these external platforms.
- Students should not misuse meeting links or share private class information publicly.
- Parents should help younger children access class tools safely.
- The academy is not responsible for outages, internet issues, or technical failures outside our control.
